ECA Directors
Beth Baker: Infant Room Supervisor
Beth has been apart of ECA on and off for over 20 years. She has been in the infant room for the last 8 years. Beth is so gifted in helping babies transition through the first year of life. She also helps parents with tricks and tips for life with a newborn easier!
Sharon Shroeder: Infant Room Supervisor
Sharon has been at ECA since January of 2024. Sharon has been such a wonderful gift to us! She absolutely loves children and treats them all as if they were her own. Kiddos light up when they see her!
Shannon Eklund: Wobbler Room Teacher
Shannon has been at ECA since October of 2023. Shannon has had many years working as a nanny and has been an absolute delight with our wobbler kiddos. Shannon is very good at helping children with routines and developmentally appropriate practices.
Daniela Bennett: Wobbler Room Assistant Teacher
Dani has been at ECA since winter of 2025! Dani is from Brazil and has been in Evergreen for many years! She is new to working with young kiddos but also has a 4 year old son. She brings so much joy and excitement to our Wobbler room!

Lisa Thoennes: Assistant Director
Lisa has been with us since August of 2023. Lisa is SO gifted and talented in child development and working with staff to ensure the highest level of success for all of our students. Lisa lives in Evergreen and is very active in the Evergreen community.
Lauren Anderson: Head of School
Lauren grew up in Evergreen and became the Head of School in January of 2023. Lauren has 3 boys all of which have been at ECA. I absolutely love leading ECA and helping our staff, students and family feel like this is another home for our school and community.
Cindy Mattson: Toddler RoomTeacher
Cindy has been at ECA for over 8 years. Cindy is amazing at helping children continue to learn rules and routines at ECA. She is also AMAZING at potty training!
Kellie Bundock: Toddler Room Teacher
Kellie has been at ECA for over 7 years. Kellie is such a kind, loving and caring teacher. Kellie is wonderful at helping children learn to share, play and get along with one another.

Amy Haddad
Amy is a local to Evergreen! We are so excited that she has joined ECA this year. She has her undergrad in Elementary Education. She also has homeschooled all 4 of her children. We are so excited for Amy to teach our Preschool Classroom on Wednesdays & Fridays.
Laura Billups
Hello! My name is Laura. The kiddos can call me Ms. LB. I have taught preschool in Chicago and moved to Evergreen to raise my 3 children. I enjoy playing tennis, golf, yoga, concerts and international travel. I am excited to be at ECA job sharing with Ms. Amy & teaching music on Wednesdays and directing all ECA performances.
Julia Brockman
Julia will be the Assistant Teacher in Preschool! We are excited to have her join our ECA team! Julia is local to Evergreen/Conifer and worked at Elk Creek Elementary as a para in the past.
Skye Sharp
Skye will be our Lead Little Learners Lead Teacher! Skye has been with us since early 2025 and we have so enjoyed her warm and gentle approach for our 2.5-3.5 year olds.
Jessica French
Ms. Jess started at ECA in June of 2025. She has her degree in Elementary Education. She is our lead teacher in our Preschool Academy classroom. This classroom is geared toward Kindergarten readiness and has a mixed curriculum of Preschool and Kindergarten.
Kadence Shahan
Ms. Kadence is the Assistant Teacher in the Little Learners classroom. Ms. Kadence was our assistant teacher last year in PreK and is excited to be with the younger kiddos and helping them get prepared for Prek.
Stacee Harp
Support Staff
Stacee has been with us since April of 2023. Stacee has taught in a variety of room and has found her love with the wobblers. We call Stacee our angel on earth. She has such a calm and loving way in which she helps children learn and grow!
Specials Teachers
Ms. LB: Music: Ms. LB has joined us this year and is sharing her love of music to our Toddler- Preschool classrooms. She will be teaching music weekly to all of our wonderful students and will also be directing all of our performances.
Ms. Marcee: Christian Education Director: Ms. Marcee will be leading our children, families and staff with our Christian Education. Ms. Marcee will hold Mornings with Jesus on Thursdays. Ms. Marcee is also one of our Board of Directors for ECA. We all LOVE and ADORE Ms. Marcee!
